We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that the purchaser does not meet our age requirements or other applicable purchasing requirements.

4. Product Information

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, availability, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Minor variations in packaging, labelling, appearance, or presentation may occur between batches and do not necessarily constitute a defect where the product otherwise conforms to the purchase agreement.

Batch-specific documentation may differ between production batches.

Where laboratory documentation or analytical results are provided, they relate to the relevant tested sample or batch identified in that documentation.

5. Orders

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.

We reserve the right, where legally permitted, to reject or cancel an order before acceptance, including where:

A product is unavailable;
Pricing or product information contains an obvious error;
Payment cannot be confirmed;
We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
Delivery to the requested destination is unavailable or legally restricted;
The order does not comply with our research-use or age requirements.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Prices

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency and include or exclude taxes as indicated during checkout and as required by applicable law.

The final amount payable will be displayed before the customer confirms the order.

Velorin may change its prices, discounts, promotional offers, or product availability at any time. Such changes do not retroactively alter an order that has already been accepted, except where required by law or agreed with the customer.

Payment methods may vary by country, order value, availability, or other relevant circumstances.

When Wallid Pay by Bank is selected, payment may be processed through Wallid and participating financial institutions.

The customer may also be subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and privacy practices.

An order may not be processed or dispatched until the relevant payment has been successfully confirmed where advance payment is required.

8. Pay After Delivery

Where available, customers may select Pay After Delivery.

Under this payment method, the order may be dispatched before the purchase price has been paid.

The customer remains responsible for paying the valid invoice associated with the order.

Payment instructions, the amount due, and any applicable payment deadline will be communicated on the invoice or in accompanying correspondence.

Selecting Pay After Delivery does not make the products free and does not remove the customer's payment obligation.

If an invoice remains unpaid after its applicable due date, Velorin may send payment reminders and take reasonable and legally permitted steps to recover the outstanding amount.

Any statutory consumer rights regarding disputes, returns, cancellations, defective products, or refunds remain unaffected.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Velorin may offer discount codes or promotional pricing.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
Only one promotional code may be used per order;
Promotions may have an expiry date;
Promotions may apply only to specified products, customers, countries, or order values;
Velorin may withdraw or modify a promotion before an order is concluded.

We may reject the use of discount codes where there is evidence of fraud, manipulation, technical exploitation, or use contrary to the stated promotional conditions.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Velorin ships orders from the Netherlands.

Available destinations, shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges will be displayed on our website or during checkout where relevant.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays may occur because of carriers, customs authorities, weather, operational disruptions, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights concerning delivery.

11. Temperature-Sensitive Shipping

Certain Velorin products may require temperature-conscious handling and may be shipped using appropriate protective or insulated packaging.

Customers are responsible for following the storage and handling information supplied with the product after delivery.

Because Velorin cannot control storage or handling after delivery, we cannot guarantee product integrity where a product has subsequently been stored or handled contrary to the supplied storage requirements.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to products that were already damaged, defective, or non-conforming when delivered.

12. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

before submitting an order.

If you discover an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed once an order has entered the fulfilment or carrier network.

13. Failed or Uncollected Deliveries

Customers are responsible for reasonably cooperating with the carrier to receive their shipment.

Where an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to collect a parcel, we will contact the customer regarding the available options.

Where legally permitted, reasonable additional shipping costs resulting directly from a failed delivery attributable to the customer may be charged.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

14. Right of Withdrawal

15. Returns and Refunds

Where a refund is legally due, we will process it in accordance with applicable consumer law.

For Pay After Delivery orders that have not yet been paid, an eligible cancellation or refund may result in the relevant invoice being cancelled or adjusted.

For invoices that have already been paid, an eligible refund will be processed using an appropriate payment method.

16. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect their order after delivery.
